Quotes and orders
Prices are not shown on the site. Every order is quoted in AED in writing. A quote states how long it is valid. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and we confirm availability and the delivery date.
The minimum order is AED 3,000.
Delivery times and fees
Delivery takes 2 to 3 days from confirmation. The Door is made to order and its lead time is confirmed in the quote. Delivery is free to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, and a flat AED 1,000 to Abu Dhabi. Other emirates are quoted on request.
Please tell us if a truck cannot reach the site, so we can plan the delivery.
Delivery and claims
Please check your plants when they are delivered. If any plant is damaged, tell the driver at the time of delivery and we will replace it.
Once you accept the delivery we cannot take claims for damage. We do not give refunds, and live plants are not returned.
Plant care after delivery
Plants are living things. After delivery, their care is your responsibility. Our care guide explains how to plant, water and feed them.
Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the value of the plants in that order. We are not liable for loss caused by site conditions, planting, watering or care after delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
